Which rack should you shortlist?

Start with iBELL when a documented adjustable length is central to your comparison: its maker publishes an 80–120 cm range. HOMERO has a shorter listed height, but its adjustment limits and measurement axes are not specified. Neither can be selected for a tight installation from overall dimensions alone. Compare the feet, tap clearance and loaded plate height before choosing either.

Measure support before storage capacity

Record the basin opening, outer sink edges and clear counter on both sides. Mark slopes, seams, raised lips and gaps where a proposed foot would sit. Compare those surfaces with documented foot dimensions and required bearing area. Do not treat an adjustable overall width as the permitted unsupported span.

Record tap height and movement, including the route used to fill or wash your largest kadai. Measure the space beneath an overhead cabinet separately. Then add loaded plates, handles and hanging accessories to the proposed arrangement. An empty frame fitting does not prove that a loaded rack leaves useful washing access.

HOMERO 85 cm: fit details still missing

The brand product page lists 85 x 33.5 x 52 cm without labelling the axes. It describes adjustable width, an L-shaped freestanding base, a powder-coated iron frame and a stainless-steel rack. The box declaration is a rack plus five accessories.

The description gives a reason to investigate a frame supported beside the sink. It does not establish minimum or maximum adjustment, foot-bearing dimensions, loaded tap clearance, a load rating or component care. Those gaps prevent a tight-fit recommendation. No numerical axis assignment, universal sink compatibility, corrosion lifetime or balanced-full-load assurance is inferred from the marketing copy.

A previously inspected Amazon candidate, ASIN B0GS2ZJXFM, identifies Homero as brand and manufacturer but uses the generic model and part name “Dish Drying Rack.” Its measurements are 31 cm deep, 85 cm wide and 52 cm high. The 31 cm depth differs from the brand page's unlabelled 33.5 cm measurement. These records do not establish an exact match; do not silently substitute one footprint for the other.

Choose another documented design if its support requirements cannot be reconciled with your counter or if an essential cleaning instruction remains unknown. Exact model identity, assembly instructions and the dimensional discrepancy still need research.

iBELL DR293SM: a numeric adjustment range

The iBELL DR293SM Black product page labels its length as adjustable from 80 to 120 cm, width as 28.5 cm and height as 86 cm. It describes a two-layer carbon-steel rack with powder coating. This gives a more usable starting point than an unspecified adjustment claim.

Treat that range as the maker's overall product length. It does not establish how wide a basin can be bridged safely, the required contact area under each foot or clearance beneath loaded plates. Check these separately against the support-space worksheet. The maker lists an installation manual in the box but does not expose its contents in the retrieved product text, and cleaning instructions and a numeric load rating remain unknown. The maker's corrosion-resistance language is not evidence of an independently tested service life.

The previously inspected Amazon candidate B0DKSVPF78 has model and part number “DR 293SM,” selected Black finish and the same stated 80–120 cm range. Its Measurements section separately lists 28.5 cm depth, 96.5 cm width and 86 cm height. That static width is not identified as a minimum, maximum or foot-support span. This establishes a more traceable model lead. It does not establish installation fit or component care. The comparison button uses the manufacturer page.

Keep the water route explicit

Draw where each basket or hanging utensil would drip. Above-sink placement does not establish that all runoff lands inside the basin, especially where an accessory projects sideways. Check the loaded arrangement and the path used to retrieve a plate rather than assuming that a tall frame frees every part of the counter.

Use separate comparison fields for support span, bearing surface, loaded height, tap access, accessory projection, permitted load and care. Keep unknowns visible. The countertop dish-rack comparison addresses a different placement decision; its rack dimensions do not establish over-sink compatibility.
